The Direct Marketing Association of Toronto (DMAT) provides a forum and meeting place for professionals who rely on direct marketing for the success of their organizations. DMAT is Canada’s oldest group devoted to promoting the growth of direct marketing and the knowledge of its practitioners. We’ve been around since 1962. Over the years we’ve counted the leaders of most major direct marketing companies and the CEOs of major Canadian marketing associations as our members.

 

We have had a web presence since late 1998. Our challenge was to find a solution that would offer our members access to the roster running on a searchable database, allow them to pay for memberships and event tickets online and at-a-glace check the site for news and important information

Over the years we had investigated building our own database and looked at other Content Management Solutions. However we were not unable to acquire a solution nor were we able to contract for the software build based on budget constraints.
